MENS HEALTH MATTERS

Recognizing the overall stigma associated with mental health, although there have been significant strides in promoting awareness and discussions around different health issues, men’s mental health often remains a whispered secret. Societies ideals, have long perpetuated masculinity being associated with strength and emotional control. This toxic idea offen leads to men suffering in silence, and less likely to seek out helpful resources.
Sadly this past fall, our family was touched by mental health, as so many others before us, leaving its heart breaking impact forevermore.

Encourage friends, loved ones, and coworkers to get help if needed. And by supporting them along the way, continuously letting them know that seeking help is in no way a sign of weakness
